1. Products & Pricing

All jewellery items listed are described as accurately as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept COD,credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items, subject to our return policy. Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Product Warranty

We offer a warranty of 3 months on manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, breakage, or damage due to mishandling is not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, product designs, and text, is the property of Riva Fashion Jewellery ( Brand of Sigma Weld)  and may not be used without permission.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functioning.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
