- Free shipping on all prepaid orders
- A standard shipping charge of ₹ ** applies to orders below that amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may not include an additional fee.
- Delivery Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or regional areas may take longer.
- Packaging
All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof boxes to ensure safe delivery. Items are fully insured during transit.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via SMS or email. You can track your shipment at any time.
- Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
- Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged package or the item is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos or order details. We will assist in replacements or refunds as per our policy.
