Return & Exchange Policy

At Riva Fashion Jewellery [Brand of Sigma Weld], we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates are intact
• The item is not a part of our non-returnable category (e.g., custom or engraved pieces)

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or engraved jewellery
• Items purchased during a sale or marked “Final Sale”
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or made-to-order items

3. Return Process

1. Email us at www.rivajewellry@gmai.com within 4 days of receiving the order with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will verify and approve your request, then share return instructions.
3. Ship the product back securely. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or design), email us with your request.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
